This main contractor centered on family located values with very little hierarchy are about to gear up for a big year of recently awarded projects. They have $130M worth of new work to commence this year across four high profile predominantly city/north located high end residential towers. They have strong relationships with developers allowing consistency of commercial projects work spanning decades.

this function would see you reporting into a PM on a $30M multi story project managing sub contractors, liaising with engineers and other consultants, attending meetings and driving on site works.

Key background for this function:

* Broad practice across multi story structures including; concrete, structural, acoustics, and more complex buildings
* Programming and progress reporting practice
* Material procurement
* Energy and drive
* Health and safety
* Ideally trade qualified but practice most critical

This is great opportunity to join a contractor that looks after their staff, where you have access to the Managing Director at any time and where decisions are made quickly.

salary: $140K - $155K
