The workshop team is made up of two people at Head Office, plus they draw on the network of independent service agents across the country. this function reports to the Logistics and Workshop Manager. The Job As the workshop manager/technician you’ll be an expert in identifying and rectifying faults or repair returned products. In addition you will also configure products for new installs. Day to day you’ll manage jobs via MS Dynamics. At times you may also be required to: • Provide back-up assistance for the parts & warehouse team • Assist with enquiries from internal customers or external service techs • Manage parts & accessories stock in the workshop The Ideal Person this function is best suited to someone who has an EASQ qualification, has sound hardware expertise and has ideally worked as a service tech previously. Personally We are seeking for a good communicator, a people leader and someone who enjoys problem solving the providing top levels of customer service.
