The company processes more than 2.5 million lines a year, employs over 130 staff and has a catalogue of almost 22,000 medical and pharmaceutical consumables. » located at the Auckland Head Office, (Mt Albert - Point Chevalier area) this is an exciting opportunity for you take on a new function in a fast paced, well supported team environment. » You will be applying your analytical and customer service expertise from within a past ‘PRODUCT located’ environment (not the service sector as an knowledge of stock levels and inventory is required); along with any ERP/computer, administrative (even accounts) practice in this compensateing function where your title will be ‘Master Data & Pricing Analyst’. tasks include: » Loading contracts/pricing details » Master data requests, queries & file maintenance » Rebates/claims » Customer & Supplier liaison, also with Product Managers & Procurement, the Accounts Dept etc » Managing purchase prices/investigating invoice variances » everyday margin analysis & reports » Inventory & stock level maintenance » Maintaining SOP’s & striving for process improvement etc » Use of Excel and SAP In a team of three within Support Services, you will initially be trained and guided by existing team members and the Purchasing Manager, and you will enjoy being part of a very reliable, long serving and friendly company culture. Your logical mind and confident, outgoing personality will be appreciated. Any ERP/big data system practice will be acceptable, with intermediate Excel please (additional training on offer).
