This main contractor is a well-established player and continues to press forward with a busy workload for the year. They are known for their inclusive team culture, they employ staff who are commercial and passionate about delivery.  Their build portfolio is $5M - $20M, commercial offices, warehousing, industrial retail and community.  Its family-located culture and a feely relaxed working environment.  They currently have a vacancy for a senior QS that is looking to be a lead in commercial delivery and the professional development of a team .

Typically your tasks will involve:
   » Preparing tenders, project administration, evaluating & costing of variations
   » Liaising with sub-contractors & clients
   » Financial reporting & cost monitoring / projections
   » Preparation, submission and negotiation of Interim and Final accounts
You will need to possess the following to apply:
   » A significant Quantity Surveying qualification
   » practice working for a Main Contractor, at least 8 years
   » practice working on commercial projects over $10M in value
   » You are looking to grow and develop your career with a top company
