We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including preparing and submitting reports on student progress to the Ministry of Education, New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), and Tertiary Education Commission (TEC). You will also provide regular and constructive feedback to students, oversee the enrollment process, assist in recruitment and selection, coordinate academic timetables, monitor student progress, and provide pastoral care to foster a positive learning environment. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a bubbly and positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have: » In-depth knowledge of NZQA and TEC regulations and reporting requirements » Proven experience working with students in an educational setting » High level of accuracy and attention to detail » Excellent organizational and time-management skills » Strong interpersonal and communication skills You will work in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.
