They are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running, a people’s person, a pro-active thinker and a real go-getter! This organisation respects their employees and really supports development. The function This position sits within the marketing team and reports the Recruitment manager. The primary function of the function is to promote, support and contribute to recruitment targets and on-going events. The team as a whole are responsible for recruiting, meeting enrolment targets and supporting events. You will be well organised, able to manage your time well, be efficient at planning and be able to meet deadlines. You must be a people person as you will be supporting New Zealanders with their education each day. The days and hours of work are: The hours of work shall normally be no more than 7.5 hours per day to be worked between the hours of 7 am and 9pm, on 5 consecutive days of the week, Monday to Sunday (inclusive). 37.5 hours per week. We need a candidate who is able to be flexible as their may be some weekend work will be required for Career expos (Saturday), events / festivals. This is planned so notice will be given.
