ABOUT THE function Due to growth We are seeking for a Commercial Leader who will identify and develop commercially sound opportunities for mutual benefit. Working closely and in partnership with our CEO you will be responsible for the overall success of our programmes, the end-to-end practice from our Pasifika businesses and entrepreneurs and staff who work collaboratively to develop and deliver our high quality programmes. Our Commercial GM will work closely with our CEO to drive PBT's growth strategy, increasing long-term funding and diversification of our revenue streams. Building significant partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders will be second nature to you, whilst working to achieve significant results. ABOUT YOU You will have a track record of developing relationships with key stakeholders, including government and sector leaders. You have the knack of synthesising messages and building organisational profile, establishing a clear and credible voice. It is likely you have a mix of private and public sector practice with senior people leadership abilities practice in a complex organisation. It will be essential you have a strong commitment to our values, and people are likely to describe you as innovative, entrepreneurial, fast paced with a warm and engaging style.
