The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Group is seeking a Business Advisor to support us in undertaking business planning, performance reporting, and official correspondence activities. You will work closely with managers in the AML Group and colleagues across Regulatory Services to coordinate responses to requests and draft content that reflects our priorities and the great work that we do to protect New Zealand businesses from being used by criminals to launder money and finance terrorism. The Business Advisor will also be expected to provide other business support and project activities across the group.
To be prosperous in this function you will have:
   » practice in supporting business planning and reporting, or administrative support, systems and processes.
   » an knowledge of public sector accountcapability processes and the machinery of government.
   » excellent oral and written communication expertise, and amazing attention to detail.
   » engagement, relationship management and interpersonal expertise, including the capability to influence more senior colleagues.
   » strong organisational expertise and the capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work under varying levels of supervision.
