Key Responsibilities:
   » Organising maintenance schedules for jobs and call back times.
   » Ordering parts and raising purchase orders.
   » Maintaining Service data systems such as NGS and NGMM.
   » Analysing and presenting data to advise the Service Manager of variations, trends and ongoing behaviour patterns.
   » Building relationships with key stakeholders such as the service manager, branch managers, long standing technicians and clients from a coordination point of view.
Qualifications and Requirements:
   » Experience in the Lift Industry or Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
   » Experience scheduling maintence & communicating with suppliers
   » Tertiary qualifications such as Tafe or University degree (desirable)
   » Strong verbal and communication skills - able to get buy inw ith long standing technicians
   » Intermediate using technology including mobile applications and computer-based reporting systems (Word, Excel, Email, Internet, database management)
   » Strong organisation and time management skills
   » Highly organised and structured, able to deal with multiple tasks and competing priorities
   » Excellent attention to detail and results-driven
