This company understands the technical processes of the harvesting seasons to ensure only the best quality is available for their customers. The function: We are pursuing a Quality Assurance Administrator to join this companies amazing team sourcing and supplying the best quality ingredients world-wide. Some of the tasks you will be required to do follow: - PIFS & Specification Forms – Liaising with suppliers to complete and update product information and specification forms. - Food labelling & nutritional’s – Understands current food labelling laws, allergens, nutritional specifications for products both imported and made locally. - New Product development, working on new products with new suppliers. - NCR & CCR – Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding non-conformance and customers complaint reports. - Managing our quality program - Stock quality management - MPI registration and compliance - Audits - Manage supplier certifications, HACCP and auditing systems within the food industry. About you: - Excellent verbal and written expertise - A can do and willing to lgain attitude - Be a multi tasker with the capability to be proactive and show initiative - Achieve everyday deadlines - Being a team player is a must with the capability to work alone - practice in the food industry is an advantage however not necessary this function is located on the North Shore with parking onsite. You will be working alongside a really great team in a fast paced environment. You will be required to work in the Warehouse doing stock management tasks 1-2 times per week which is located in East Tamaki, however reimbursement for your travels will be provided.
