With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. As a Collections agent, you will be responsible for managing high-volume of calls and emails to assist customers requiring support with payments of outstanding ACC Levies. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Ensuring our customers understand their invoices and commitment to payments is key. Attention to detail is crucial as you may have to discuss multiple aspects of the debt, educating our customers to help understand the benefit of ACC and what they are contributing towards. It’s essential you have great customer service expertise and a confident telephone manner.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » practice working in a customer service function for at least one year is preferred
   » You have a great telephone manner and strong work ethic
   » You are comfortable working at a fast pace with high volumes
   » Great communication expertise (verbal and written) and an eye for detail
   » Strong computer expertise and enjoy working with technology
   » Speedy and accurate data entry expertise
   » Drive to succeed in all aspects of your function
You will be supported by a valuable friendly team and a great manager who will coach and develop you, this is a function where your career growth can soar.
The Indicative starting income for this function is $47,857. This is exclusive of ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution which would bring the total starting package to $52,164.

This is a full-time position, the core work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.The hours for this position are 9.30am – 6pm.
