The Employer
Our client is a charitable trust has over 1,000 employees nationwide and provides a wonderful range of health and social services that are located on client results. A growing organisation that makes a positive impact on society!
The function
• We are seeking for a candidate who would enjoy ensuring that recruitment activities occur in a seamless manner and efficiently
• Look after your own recruitment portfolio!
• You may be at the career step of a Recruitment Coordinator or Advisor
Provide recruitment assistance and advice:
• Planning
• Advertising
• Liaising with candidates
• Screening / Shortlisting
• Organising interviews and other assessment activities
• Assisting with interviews (as required)
• Reference checking
• Pre-employment checking
• Immigration
• Verbal and written offers
• On boarding
• Policies & procedures
• Maintain systems, resources and tools
You
• Will have some recruitment practice, qualifications or interest in expanding in this area within a large organsiation that cares for others – not a corporate
• Will enjoy providing assistance and advice all over the full process but also taking guidance from senior staff in the People & Culture team and be part of a close knit team
Offer
• An excellent income dependent on your level of practice
• Free onsite parking
• Conveniently located in one of their Auckland city fringe office sites
• Work in the house policy (after settling in period)
• A Monday to Friday function
• 40 hour week

• Handover – due to promotion!
