Job Description: Are you a finance professional ready to take the reins in the world of financial operations? Do you have a knack for driving financial performance and compliance with finesse? We're seeking a Finance Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial oversight and excellence in our organization. Key Responsibilities: » Lead the monthly Financial Closing and consolidation process, ensuring alignment with US GAAP standards, while leveraging onshore and offshore resources. » Take charge of the US GAAP closing process, including quarterly and year-end reporting packs in compliance with corporate requirements. » Maintain local statutory accounts, ensuring ongoing adherence to local regulations under the guidance of the Finance Operations Lead. » Provide approval for intercompany agreements and related payments, overseeing monthly netting processes, and conducting checks on intercompany transactions and reconciliations. » Collaborate with the Finance Operations Lead to manage relationships with internal and external auditors, Board of Auditors, tax, legal, statutory consultants, administrative, and outsourced service providers. » Assist in maintaining internal controls documentation to establish an effective control environment, including monthly checks and approvals of Balance Sheets reconciliation using the T-RECS tool. » Support in the performance of monthly VAT settlements and VAT Register controls. » Participate in statutory audits in conjunction with local external auditors, working closely with the Finance Operations Lead. Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of accounting and financial management. They must also be self-driven and able to effectively communicate with various different stakeholders. The candidate must be able to follow a direct line of reporting and be able to work well within a team.
