The Principal Advisor Strategy will play a critical function in this mahi by supporting the delivery of a future oriented organisational strategy for ACC. As a key function in the Strategy and Customer System team, the Principal Advisor Strategy will provide leadership abilities and advice to inform and shape ACC’s strategic priorities for the future. A bit about you. You are recognised as a strategy expert. Someone who’s led and designed strategy processes for leadership abilities teams and organisations. You apply a partnership approach to your work and understand the value of being collaborative. You are a naturally curious person that embraces diversity and innovation. And you have a talent for using evidence and data to inform your advice. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » Proven practice in developing and delivering strategic frameworks and plans that balance the interests of multiple stakeholders » Strong financial analysis, planning, and implementation skills and the capability to provide advice to senior management in these areas » Effective partnering, consulting and relationship management skills with senior business leaders and the availability to work collaboratively » Conceptual and creative thought leadership abilities around robust strategic advice across a large complex enterprise » expertise and/or working practice within a legislative or regulatory environment » Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to your function This is a newly created function and the perfect opportunity to provide strategic thought leadership abilities across a dynamic customer focused organisation.
