Permanent full-time management function for you to provide leadership abilities to our liaison team so that they are supported when promoting EIT to schools and community groups and EIT students to industry, while continuing to meet the needs of internal stakeholders such as EIT Heads of School.
You will:
   » Build and maintain strong networks and professional relationships with high schools, industry training organisations, industry and community groups
   » Ensure EIT events (such as Expo's, Open Days and Graduations) are supported and professionally run
   » Assist with appropriate regional events
   » Develop, and supervise the implementation of a stakeholder engagement and events plan and a customer relationship management system.
The prosperous candidate will have substantial Public Relations, Marketing and Promotional practice with proven capability/practice in making public presentations.
In addition you will have a sound knowledge and knowledge of:
   » the secondary and tertiary education sectors
   » vocational education and training as Information technology relates to young adults
   » vocational pathways including NZ Apprenticeships and Cadetships
   » TEC's Ng? Kete information product
A significant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
