Residential Electrician ForemanLocation All WellingtonWellington Job type Full Time Salary to Category Engineering > Management » 40-45 Hourly Rate. » Leadership Position. » Work within a great team environment. Our client is looking for a Residential Electrician Foreman to lead a team of 4-8 staff, working across New Builds and HVAC and to have experience with main contractors. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget. You will plan, supervise and perform all phases of maintenance, installation, repair and inspection of electrical systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities. You will be expected to supervise and train other employees, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of electricians, and helpers engaged in the construction' installation, testing and commissioning. Control and supervise Sign In, Weekly toolbox, Daily toolbox and Task Obs. You will participate in the more difficult work and train and instruct subordinates on detailed procedures.
