They are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator, who has a passion for technology, automation, and digital solutions for a contract position with a competitive salary. About the role: You are in charge of all Salesforce outcomes, products, integrations, invoices, and operational performance. You act as a primary point of contact for end-users, IT, and Salesforce implementation partner organizations. Key Responsibilities: » Understand the organization's customer-related strategies and ensure actions and initiatives are developed and delivered in line with these » Design, build, test, and deploy business solutions in response to the business needs » Champion user adoption and training - webinars, "how-to" documents, update user manuals, plan and deliver champion program/one on one training/on the road training » Adapt new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process and/or business improvements as required. » Understand new releases (3 times a year), potential system impacts, and opportunities for productivity gains. » Mitigate risks and user disruption by thorough testing of all Salesforce objects ensuring seamless system updates. » Daily administration tasks include but are not limited to the monthly sales reports, data integrity, and managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles Ideal candidate: Qualifications & Experience » A track record of identifying and resolving business issues » The ability to translate digital solutions into layman's terms in order to make Salesforce accessible and exciting to people with varying levels of digital expertise.
