The Opportunity As a Team Administrator, you will work as part of a team that provides, develops, and maintains general administration services within the Improvement, Systems and Technology Group. You will be responsible across several key areas which includes » Maintaining effective administration support services in a timely and accurate manner for our people leaders and other key managers where applicable. » Assisting managers with support for activities such as induction, on boarding, off boarding, recruitment and making travel arrangements. » Support with the co-ordination of meetings and writing meeting minutes. » Organizing events including booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating invites and responses. » Working alongside the IST Administration team to proactively support each and ensure deadlines are met on time. Abilities you will bring to the function » Demonstrated practice undertaking general administrative tasks. » Previous practice working in a fast-paced complex environment, whilst managing multiple responsibilities at any one time. » A good eye for detail. » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise. » Proven practice in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the capability to easily pick up and lgain new software. » capability to easily build relationships with a wide variety of personalities and workstyles. » expertise of administration policies, processes, systems, and technology is desirable.
