Job responsibilities:
As an expert in this field, then we don't need to spell out the specifics of what you'll be doing. However, the overview is you're going to take the lead on developing stakeholder relationships, overview design and architecture, and ensure delivery of technical objectives.
Criteria:
You'll need highly developed interpersonal expertise and be a strong communicator in all forms, be a collaborator, flexible yet agile in your approach, customer focused - both internally and externally - and be able to see the big picture of what the area you'll be leading can achieve for the business operations. Information technology goes without saying that the combination of the above, will complement your analytical and detail-oriented mindset, as well as strategic conceptual thinking.
Technical expertise
We're after someone who has been at the forefront of software development within a complex organisation, and who understands the importance of Security and Performance Risk relating to development.
Ideally you'll have a good knowledge of both ITIL and NIST Frameworks. You'll have practice in Mobile App development, Backend, API and Database Azure functions. Information technology would also be valuable to have some python expertise.
