About the function: This client is undergoing significant change in a lot of areas of their business operations, not only influenced by the pandemic, but also by structural changes. As a result of this, they have decided to engage a Change "Expert" to assist in facilitating the upcoming change by focusing on the key people who will be involved in driving that change. This is very much about bringing people along with the proposed changes and focusing on the required behavioural change.
What you will bring: We don't need someone who has a particular specialty in change - more a generalist who has "roved" across many disciplines and understands that changing behaviours is the key to prosperously implementing change. Staff involved range from "shop floor" through to highly technical and specialist, so this will need a Change specialist who has practice across the board. compensates: You will gain incredible practice in a sector that is ripe for change and across the spectrum. On offer is an hourly/everyday rate appropriate for this level of function. Travel With uncertainty prevailing, ideally we want someone located in the BOP so any future restrictions will not impede participation in the process. However, with borders being relaxed and the belief that an exemption would be available to travel, this client would consider applications from those elsewhere in NZ.
