The Opportunity
An interesting national-focused project, at a key phase of development, for which we require two Business Analysts to assist with the discovery and analysis of information, validating the business needs to develop a roadmap and recommendations for a new national enterprise asset management system .
This will mean reviewing the limited discovery work done to date, identifying gaps in the information, building relationships with multiple site stakeholders to understand what asset information they have, how they capture, and utelise asset management data, and provide recommendations on a fit for purpose future state.
About You
You will be a commercially curious and prosperous Business Analyst, practiced in assembling and reviewing documentation, able to document high-level requirements in preparation for various workshops and engage in workshops to validate requirements and document results. You will have the capcapability to engage with customers and able to use analytics and insights and have an knowledge of enterprise assets (buildings, facilities, infrastructure, technology devices, vehicle fleets, and more).
You will have excellent engagement, presentation, and facilitation expertise, able to effectively influence and communicate across all levels within organisations.
