Our client • Our client is a NZ market leader in the food sector • The company employs over 1,000 people in NZ and more overseas • An export success story that distributes product to over 40 countries Intro • located at the Penrose office, this Customer Service Representatives function offers variety and the opportunity to work in a fast paced, well supported team environment • You will be an integral team member, applying your customer service expertise and interest in the food services sector The function overview • Managing all sales orders for designated customers, through ownership of all the stages of the Order Process • Ensure all pricing and documentation is accurate • Providing a superior customer service to the NZ wholesale customers and sales team tasks • everyday order processing and invoicing • Assisting your customers with enquiries on general orders, stock and deliveries • Supporting the Sales Manager and Account Managers (2) with sales enquiries • Investigating and resolving issues eg stock returns, late deliveries, incorrect orders • Upselling of orders to optimise freight costs and offering substitute products to customers during out-of-stock periods • Responsible for any system improvement and process efficiencies for in/external stakeholders • Communication and engagement with various 3PL’s, discussing deliveries etc • Investigating customer stock and pricing claims • Phoning regular customers to advise on Specials, availcapability, orders etc • Monthly reporting You • Will have previous practice within a customer service product located environment (not just Call Centre) • great communications expertise, and you enjoy a sense of humour/building a rapport with all people from Drivers to Customers! • practice with MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as larger ERP systems eg like SAP/Navision • capability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines within a team environment • Personality and aptitude will win this function, support and guidance provided On offer • Neg rate, eg $27/hour • There will be a handover and a modern office awaits • Hours are perfect for school pick up, and are 27 hours/week eg 8.45am to 2.45pm • Free onsite parking (a huge bonus in Penrose) • Attend the annual Sales Conference • 10 days sick leave, capped at 30/year • Medical/Banking/Phone/Food discounts • Wonderful staff product sales and deals the whole family will enjoy • Long service leave • Free lunch supplies • Wellbeing gifts • A sociable office!
