You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Quality Team, laundry, cleaning quality and cleaning of units and communal facilities. You must have a high standard of cleaning and excellent attention to detail. The position is permanent fulltime 40 hours during Summer and 30 during Winter. 5 days on 2 days off, weekend work required. Previous management practice or similar team leader practice is essential along with a great can-do attitude. To be considered for the position, you will need to demonstrate the following: *capability to multi-task, show good initiative, and a calm demeanor under pressure *An outgoing positive personality *Have an eye for detail and a high standard of professionalism *Have a good reliable work ethic ‘can-do’ attitude and the capability to self-manage *availability to learn *Provide strong leadership abilities, lead by exmaple and manage a small team *Accommodation / Tourism industry practice essential or similar *Able to work weekends *Full clean NZ drivers license required Does this sound like you?
