About the function
The Integrity Insights Manager leads a team accountable for delivering exceptional service through the provision of proactive, data-led insights. This includes the detection of and insights into fraud, waste, and abuse, along with providing analytical support to intervention teams and wider ACC for integrity related matters.
this function is responsible for developing and implementing strategy to develop the maturity of the Integrity Insights function, including developing the team’s capcapability and capacity, accessing significant data, tools and technology and the progressive application of more advanced analytics and AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function. Integral to this strategy is the development of key stakeholder and peer relationships within the Integrity Services Business Unit, across the broader Risk and Actuarial Business Unit and wider ACC.
To be prosperous you will need:
   » Proven leadership abilities practice at a senior level and the capability to bring others on the journey
   » practice in leading a team of data analysts in a high performing environment
   » Excellent people expertise and the capability to establish confident and long-lasting relationships with individuals
   » Superior interpersonal, relationship building, and networking expertise including the capability to handle conflict situations and resolve issues
   » broad and proven expertise and capcapability in integrity risk management, in particular relating to best practice initiatives to manage fraud, waste and abuse risks
   » Proven practice in delivering continuous improvement initiatives in operational environments
   » practice in leveraging data and analytical tools to transform information into actionable insight
   » Operational expertise of data analysis and intelligence management tools
   » expertise and capability to apply significant legislation, such as the Crimes Act 1961, ACC legislation, Human Rights Act, Official Information Act, Privacy Act, Private Investigators and Security Guards Act.
