Our client is a leading global technology company. They are currently seeking a Front of house administrator, location-based in Auckland CBD. The contract duration is a temp position initially, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. The role includes front-line reception, office administration, and some accounts payable-related tasks, including purchase orders, vendor statements reconciliation. Start time: 8.30 am - 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
   » Answer phones, enter queries and take general inquiries and transfer them to the relevant department.
   » Managing the office supplies (Stationery & Kitchen)
   » Creating and managing Purchase Orders in SAP including month-end processing.
   » Processing of supplier invoices
   » Supplier reconciliations b
   » Cover for the Contact Centre
   » Organize building maintenance & repairs under the direction
   » Maintain positive relationships with external suppliers & customers
   » Mail & Email distribution
   » Fast and accurate data entry speed
Ideal person:
Qualifications & Experience
   » Previous experience with SAP is preferred
   » Advanced MS Office Suite skills
   » Proven experience in front of house/receptionist environment.
