Are you an practiced receptionist with immediate availcapability?

we At Presenthave an urgent requirement for an administrator to assist a busy healthcare team at a clinic in the South Auckland area. Starting on Monday 17th October this requirement will be for appoximately 4-6 weeks, working 5-6 hours per day (Mon-Fri) .

this function will involve general reception tasks (answering phones, greeting patients) and assisting the team with administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
   » Previous practice (public or private) in a reception located function
   » Proven administration practice 
   » Excellent customer service expertise
   » Confident, organized and switched on
   » Intermediate level of MS Office
   » A warm and friendly manner
