Are you an practiced Microsoft 365 professional? We have a great opportunity for an practiced IM professional looking to leverage existing practice in M365, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and connected technologies such as ShareGate.
ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. We are transforming the way ACC views and manages its digital information assets, initially in the Microsoft space. We are managing information done below the waterline using intelligent classifiers and related functionality, with little to no need for end-users to provide meta data as per the traditional EDRMS model. We want to hear from you if you are qualified and/or practiced in Microsoft SharePoint administration and configuration, SharePoint information architecture, Microsoft Teams, ShareGate, and/or content migration from file share to SharePoint. We are especially interested if you are trained in/have practice with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams to deliver business value and manage information risk. The function also includes some legacy information management and library support activities.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » Proven practice configuring, implementing, designing, supporting, and reporting in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other M365 tools, and ShareGate
   » practice with workflow automation tools, such as Microsoft Flow or PowerApps
   » Qualifications or practice in information management in an agile and evergreen environment.
   » Excellent stakeholder management expertise
   » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
