   » Debt collection, contacting debtors
   » Monitoring the accounts receivable inbox and investigating and responding to queries in a timely manner
   » Educating customers on the collections process and agreeing payment plans
   » Liaising with third party entities

About you
   » Previous practice in a collections function
   » Seeking an opportunity to gain some AR practice
   » Strong customer service and rapport building expertise
   » Empathetic to customers situations
   » Strong data entry and analytical expertise
