Job Opportunity: Restorative Justice Services Manager:CommunityLawWellingtonHuttValleyJob description:Job DescriptionCommunity Law Wellington and Hutt Valley (CLWHV) is a charitable trust that provides free legal advice and information to help those who cannot access other legal services. Community Law also holds the contract in the Greater Wellington Region for the coordination and provision of restorative justice services out of the Wellington, Hutt Valley, and Porirua District Courts.this function is for the Kaihautu of this team - our way of defining management as leading and supporting the team. You will supervise the work of 3 court coordinators and one administrator, and also maintain excellent relationships with our external restorative justice facilitators who deliver conferences with victims and offenders. Full details are in the job description. this function will be appropriate to Somebody with management practice and community group practice. In particular, candidates will benefit from expertise of the principles and practise of restorative justice, and/or expertise of the nature of family violence. Those with considerable practice in either of those areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
