We require you to LOVE being in a busy restaurant environment, have a passion for making memorable practices for our guests, taking food & beverage orders, working when its pumping & being part of a supportive crew. You will work with world class systems, look after great locals & travellers as well as have the chance to grow in your function. We have great systems, a solid and supportive crew around you. We update our food & beverage list regularly so there is always something to be learning about or trying out. Plus it's Blue Lake.... so the food is great!
