Your day to day When cleaning rooms, you will ensure rooms are always fresh, welcoming & clean for guests to relax in after their day exploring Queenstown. You will have an important part to play in keeping our 182 brand new rooms in top condition so an eye for detail and capability to notice if anything needs fixing will be key for this function. It is also important to have our hotel just as clean as our rooms! Part of the function may be doing Public Area cleaning to ensure our public areas are always clean and sanitised! Areas this function is responsible for include lobby, public restrooms, corridors, meeting areas, fitness center & elevators etc. We are seeking for someone who takes pride in their work & hotel for this function as Information technology is a key part of promoting a positive image to guests What we need from you Ideally you'll have previous practice in housekeeping or the hotel industry. You'll be skilled at prioritising tasks and take pride in your capability to clean areas to the highest standard. We are seeking for candidates with the following qualities: » A positive and energetic attitude with a "can do" approach meaning you're happy to roll up your sleeves and help everyone out » A genuine want to be part of a hotel pre opening and join a highly motivated team » capability to be self motivated and a self starter that can take the lead in any situation What we offer Firstly… A great rate!
