The Position:
This is a function where you will be kept busy every day and have the opportunity to dip your toes into every area of the business, providing constant stimulation and enabling you to build your expertise within the industry. This Customer Service position will see you liaising with customers and clients, managing orders and accounts, as well as getting involved in managing the company website and helping out with exciting promotions and projects from time to time. practice in Debtor Management is a must.
This is a Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm position.
On a day to day, you’ll be managing the below:
   » Liaising and assisting with all customer and client queries; via phone & email
   » Taking orders, processing and upselling products to customers
   » Receipting, allocating and reconciling order payments; processing invoices and credits
   » Debtor Management; managing and following up with overdue accounts
   » Working with Sales team on customer accounts, and taking the initiative to reactivate, upsell and reengage idle or lapsed customers.
   » Managing the company website; making updates to pricing and other areas
   » General ad-hoc customer service/admin tasks as required
To be considered for this position you will:
   » Have excellent customer service expertise; not be afraid to upsell
   » Be self-motivated, autonomous and highly reliable
   » Have strong Debtor Management practice a MUST along with solid commercial acumen
   » Have the capability to OWN the ins and outs of your function
   » Have a good sense of humour - know when to have a laugh and enjoys working with a team who like to have a bit of fun.
