PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Iconic Wellington Institute, BATS Theatre, looks to welcome an practiced Partnership Manager to our tight-knit team. This is a fixed-term (18 months) function with flexible hours (24-32 hours pw) and remuneration to match the standard of work required within this time-frame.
BATS' outgoing Partnership Manager has scoped the function and laid a solid foundation for the right person to come in and own. We have had some wins that will bolster the work that the incoming Partnership Manager will implement. New prosperous funding pathways have been established, new cash and contra partnerships have been fostered and a new donor programme has been developed and is ready to execute. We have also secured dedicated coaching and mentorship to help the right person flourish within this function.
Since the initial conception of this function the world has changed, understandably our needs have shifted since we created this function but our strategic direction remains unchanged. We're looking for someone who is willing and ready to change with the times and guide us through upcoming fluctuations within the fundraising sector.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Partnership Manager is responsible for implementing BATS Revenue Generation Strategy, BATS donor programme and community fundraising campaigns. They will assist the Chief Executive in business and government sector partnership development.

POSITION DIMENSIONS
The position of Partnership Manager is to ensure fundraising activities and programmes are implemented and measured. The function works closely with the Chief Executive, Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager to design and implement phases of the Revenue Generation Strategy. They work with staff across the organisation to embed appropriate monitoring and evaluation systems. They contribute to the development of BATS whai tikanga as hauora and whakawhanaungatanga drive innovation.
