Full time position for a Chef/ sous/2nd Chef cook
5 days a week.
Average 30 to 38+ hours per week.
Restaurant open everyday 3pm until late.

- Good technical cooking expertise in all sections of the kitchen
- Honest and reliable
- Able to work well as part of a team and be a team player
- Great communication expertise
- Well organised with good time management
- Certificate of Professional Cookery or significant practice.
