About the function As they develop their Property function, they are looking for their next Head of property to manage their existing portfolio, sites, budgets and Strategy nationally. this function will report overseas however will be highly strategic in New Zealand knowledge and developing the future direction of the portfolio and how services are delivered to the business. In this function you will build strong relationships with your peers and key stakeholders internally and manage the relationship with the external service providers. Part of your mandate will be to drive exceptional value for money across the portfolio and broader business. As a scale there is well over 100 sites nationally with differing complexity in the approach to each site. You will forge a strong partnership with the external service provider that you will manage to achieve the various goals and to drive forward your strategic vision. About you To be prosperous in this function, Information technology is essential you have managed a large property portfolio at an Executive level, engaged and directed service providers. You will have excellent commercial acumen, to comprehend and develop budgets. In this function Information technology is essential you can demonstrate implementation of a strategic plan around a property portfolio. You will have an excellent knowledge of the legislation around property, leases, and compliance.
