You’ll play a huge part in the pivotal implementation of a new HR system, so previous practice in this would be highly advantageous. The Position Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will be part of a close knit team of operational staff in a busy professional, yet down to earth environment with a friendly and supportive team. You’ll be available to start ASAP, and will be open to working on a fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. » Developing and embedding HR processes and initiatives; playing a key part in onboarding and implementing/training new HR system » Supporting various HR projects and events including recruitment and on-boarding function descriptions, centralising employee files, performance and development planning, and streamlining of learning and development processes » Providing first line HR and policy advice to employees and managers, and helping to resolve any questions or concerns » Support HR Manager to develop new and review existing HR strategies, plans. policies and procedures » Maintain HR Manual including the updating of Intranet resources » Developing employee presentations and communication material » Support annual remuneration review and mandatory policy review process » Facilitating HR reporting, information preparation, exit interview and termination activities About you » We are seeking for Somebody with broad HR Advisory practice who has a specific niche for assisting with the implementation of new HR CRM Systems, so your ablity to pick up and train others on new systems will come with ease. » You will be confidential, happy to help others, and genuinely enjoy being the initial point of contact for any HR enquiries • Down to earth, able to have a laugh, yet hold a high level of discretion and professionalism.
