Great team, training and exciting career opportunities. The Job You will be part of the rostered team working Mon-Sun retail hours – this will increase with Xmas hours in December. We have multiple full-time permanent positions in both the Bayfair and The Crossing stores available. Your tasks will include: • Providing top notch customer service • Helping customers purchase phones, accessories, plans and additional tech products • Dealing with customers in person, via email and phone • Following up on customer queries/issues There is uncapped commission if you achieve your KPI targets, over and above the base income. Full training will be provided including plans and product expertise. The Ideal Person Attitude is key! We want someone who loves customers and providing awesome solutions for their needs. You must be a good listener, accommodating (even the grumpy customers) and like the challenge of up-selling.
