Job Title: Service Advisor (Automotive) Location: Penrose Job Type: Full time, Monday - Friday Salary: $60,000 plus achievable monthly bonus (OTE $70k - $75,000 per annum) Benefits: * Competitive bonus structure * Fleet vehicle and fuel card * Parking on site * Group wide career progression opportunities * Annual medical check ups & wellbeing support. The Company & The Role: You'll join a successful, well-established business working with well-known and leading brands in the automotive industry. This is a tight-knit, high-achieving team with a true commitment to their customers. Highly regarded in the industry, this business has seen continued growth over recent years. Working in the dedicated Servicing Team, and reporting into the Service Manager, you'll be the first line of communication for all department customers. You'll look after and manage key accounts to ensure continued business. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and a first class services for all customers through the lifecycle of their vehicle. You'll ensure that all service visits run smoothly from start to finish and that all customer queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently. You will: * Book customer servicing appointments * Process orders, quotes, and invoices * Provide customer support via phone and face-to-face, answering queries, and discussing any works to be completed * Discuss vehicle issues with customers and log for technician investigation * Promote brand services, vehicle parts and accessories * Coordinate the service departments work to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met * Estimate job costs and time, keeping customers updated throughout About You * Experience in the automotive industry * Excellent customer service skills * Strong computer skills * Good time management and the ability * Full or Restricted NZ driver's license If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply online.
