They offer an amazing workplace culture with regular events on the work calendar. The function: Due to growth, they are now looking for a SM to join the team. Your typical tasks as a site manager covering ordering materials, driving sub-contractors, problem solving, OSH management, toolbox talks, program management and tracking, and client/consultant communications. Your background: Key success factors for this function require: » Carpentry trade qualified and tertiary qualification on top ideal » 5- 6 + years' practice in managing a mix of medium sized commercial projects, over $5M » Strong site management expertise with the capability to self-motivate and be accountable for team performance » Possessing an attitude of success » Sound OSH expertise and aptitude » Strong Information technology expertise with practice in Procore ideal » Outstanding written and oral communication This is a chance to join a contractor who love and enjoy work and who celebrating their successes regular.
