Our 12 clinical teams and support services are located across contact centres in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and from their homes across Aotearoa. We want to give everyone in Aotearoa the opportunity for wellness. We focus on the connected world of digital care, where we can help join all the dots, and select the right services, advice, support and help for the right need. Through our 30+ services we connected with over 2.7 million individual people last year (to 30 June 2022. We use our healthy imagination to deal with big problems by knowledge the tiny ways that people are blocked from getting the care they deserve. Our imagination comes from our people and our partners and their drive to never give up. Atu mo te mahi – About the function?? Pu?waitanga means to blossom, to flourish, to break through, and is a phone and web-located service to support New Zealanders to improve their emotional wellbeing – their hauora. The service is an alternative to face-to-face counselling for those who are struggling but face challenges in accessing traditional counselling. Pu?waitanga was developed through a te ao M?ori lens so an knowledge of a te ao Maori is essential for this function. Being able to hold sessions in te reo is desired but not essential. The team are extremely supportive of each other and there are practiced leaders providing regular, high-quality coaching and mentoring. These are a few essential details of the function: » Provide brief intervention counselling to a diverse range of people located across Aotearoa » Deliver 1:1 counselling sessions via phone call and video » This is a full-time permanent position » Flexible start and finish times between 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday » Potential for part-time hours This is a Work in the house function where you will be provided with all the necessary Information technology equipment to enable you to deliver your skills across New Zealand.
