We have 2 kittens, farm dogs plus my Jack Russel side kick, horses, ducks, one hen (!) and some turtles that are recooperating with us. We have two boys currently at home (10, 6). We love having people come to stay from other countries and I like that through your interaction with our children they lgain a little of the bigger world out there and lgain about you and your practices and languages and culture. You will mainly helping with gardening and some house painting. If you love housework or cooking we can swap out you everyday jobs - I am happy for you to do what you enjoy, It can be physical work, so you need to be fit and healthy and willing to get a bit of dirt on your hands. Old warm old clothes you don't mind getting dirty and boots are always a good idea too. We can go op shopping for anything you may need! That is always a fun trip out. We have only just moved here so I still need to find out the best spots! We have horses here that need to be ridden regularly to get fit, so if you like riding - you would be most welcome! I am looking for 1-2 people to come at a time. I am looking for keen, fit, non smoking, willing and motivated people to come and stay. English is neccessary, but another language a bonus, also an international drivers licence. Your contribution is usually 3 - 4 hours in the morning (8am - 12pm) and an hour or so later in the day to help with dinner and dishes etc in exchange for accommodation and food, but this can change depending on what the family/farm is doing for the day - maybe one full day working, then the next day off for you to explore the surrounding area if that is what you want to do. We are pretty flexible, and I am happy if you want to head away for a few days for a tramp and explore and then return to us. We want you to enjoy your time here. We are seeking for helpers to come from 11 April - 10 May. You can arrange to just stay for a few days.
