I.T Programme Coordinator - ContractorJob location:Auckland All Auckland Work Type: Contract Hourly » » » »Be involved in a Programme providing procurement savings to the Health sector. »Fast Paced Public Sector Organisation »Auckland located but open to remote in NZ - $70-$80ph The function • Public Sector Client looking for a Programme/Project Coordinator with I.T practice to join their organisation on a 6 month Contract. • Be responsible for the provision of programme/project support across the HSC Programme. • Support the Programme Manager, Project Managers and Project Leads to ensure effective and efficient communication between both projects and the I.T business units. • Monitor and drive task completion, ensure clear knowledge of timings and interdependencies, while maintaining a range of scheduling tools. • Utilise your knowledge of I.T and excellent Coordination expertise to ensure the prosperous delivery of a range of smaller projects related to the Programme. • Be involved in the implementation of projects that support the strategy/strategic priorities of the group. • The programme will also deliver data analytics that will provide critical insights into the spending patterns and compliance to purchasing arrangements. • Information technology is a foundational programme that will provide the building blocks for future procurement and non-procurement initiatives making a real difference in the Health Sector.
