The prosperous candidate will be someone who enjoys leading and mentoring teams, has a pro-active working style and enjoys streamlining business processes. Key tasks: » Ensure all payroll runs smoothly, employees are paid accurately and on time » Manage, coach and mentor teams to meet payroll goals and objectives » Oversight of incoming workstreams, business processes and workload to ensure deadlines are met » Ensure the Payroll system is running at its best at all times, emsures system issues are followed through to acceptable resolutions » Improve Payroll systems and business processes for the Team and internal clients » Work with the Finance team across the provision of information, reconciliation of issues and reporting Desired practice: » 5+ years practice at an Intermediate or Senior level, withing Payroll » Strong expertise of Payroll principles, New Zealand legislation and practices » practice across managing small and large teams, particularly within the Payroll space » capability to improve business processes and systems to raise business performance and efficiency If you are interested, please hit APPLY NOW!
