And they pride themselves on serving the community through clinical excellence and providing a service that is second to none. » Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will enjoy this is as a great career opportunity Key accountabilities » Manage all aspects of the Group catalogues for both Australia and New Zealand » Ensure that supplies and inventory ordering systems are maintained and functioning » Ensure inventory levels within the facilities are managed at appropriate levels » Manage the inventory lists and surgical preference lists within Webpas » Support the Warehousing teams on a everyday basis with logistics and supply related issues » Manage and coordinate the stocktaking function in conjunction with the finance team » Report on supply chain and logistics issues within the business, using data analytics You » Proven practice and expertise of supply chain and logistics within a multifunctional organisation » Proven practice of working with multiple different supply chain systems, including financial ordering and barcode scanning systems » Proven data analytic expertise, must be able to use excel at an intermediate level » capability to work well within a group environment. » Strong leadership abilities qualities with the capability to manage groups and drive change within the organisation to obtain the set goals. » Have excellent verbal and written communication expertise. » Be competent in relationship management of all stakeholders within a business environment » expertise of Hospital products and Services offered within the Healthcare setting (desirable but not essential) » Proven capability to work independently and self-manage workloads » At least 3 years Procurement practice is required » CIPS accreditation desirable » capability to travel both locally and internationally if required.
