tasks
• Competent with business partnering and knowledge employment legislation.
• Supporting the Consulting division
• Manage day to day BAU.
• Provide sounds HR advice, guidance, and support in relation to ER legislation.
• Work with PPC specialist colleagues
• Provide leadership abilities and facilitate problem solving.

expertise & practice
• Minimum 5 years’ practice within generalist HR
• Sound knowledge of NZ Employment legislation
• capability to identify, articulate and manage people risk.
• practice and knowledge of Talent Acquisition functions
• Strong influencing expertise and capability to interact with divisional leaders.
• Must have a flexible and adaptable approach and a inclusive and collaborative manner.
