We are currently seeking an Executive adjunct for an upcoming function, specifically looking for those who have worked within the Government sector before and someone who thrives under a busy/fast paced environment. You would be assisting with an exciting project.
Day to day tasks would involve:
   » Support for the Director and some support for the wider team
   » Diary management
   » Inbox management
   » Papers for meetings
   » Relationship management
   » Coordinating travel
   » Coordinating meetings
   » Event Coordination
   » Manage team workflows
   » Action Point Minutes/Agendas
Key competencies and attributes:
   » Is good at multi-tasking and prioritizing
   » Confident communication and sense of professionalism
   » Strong organization expertise
   » Proven practice supporting senior executives
   » Is a good problem solver
   » Confident in using Microsoft Suite Office
