Recruiting for Hours between: 8:30am – 10pm Mon - Sun. As a Shift manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient everyday shift operations of the Chocolate Café. Key tasks include: » Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are motivated and engaged all over their shift » Provide regular feedback to the Business Manager on opportunities for improvement and team performance » Provide continuing training and development to all team members in the areas of operating standards, customer service and product expertise » Demonstrate the capability to lead and effectively communicate with their team » Build morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued OR, As a Café All-Rounder, you will be responsible for:: » Greeting customers » Providing excellent guest service » Recreating our delicious drinks and desserts » Running desserts and drinks » General café tasks ABOUT YOU: We are seeking for energetic, positive and guest focused individuals with a can-do attitude.
