Due to consistent increases in the level of new work and project wins, this long standing company are now in a position to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Your main duties and responsibilities include: * Accurately estimate and prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations * Prepare tenders, offers of service and contract documentation * Support the project management team with costing advice * Manage the procurement of subcontract and supplier packages * Preparation of monthly financial contract review process * Oversee the accurate pricing, agreement and processing of project variations all to meet the contract timelines. * Work with clients and their representatives to meet, and where appropriate anticipate and influence their needs To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes: * Knowledge of contractual obligations * At least 5-7 years previous experience in Quantity Surveying * Ability to plan, monitor and control cost * Excellent knowledge of construction materials * Disciplined and self motivated with a positive approach to work * Customer focused and committed to providing a high quality of service * Effective interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team * Effective time management skills This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business who are well respected in the Construction industry.
