About the Position: We’re looking for a dynamic Accounts Administrator. You’ll have a mix of expertise meaning you’ll be well versed in all things accounts but will also have a soft spot for being the beloved ‘office go to’ when Information technology comes to the smooth running of the team. You’ll take on a range of tasks from AP/AR, everyday Banking, P&L management, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations as well as taking on a range of Office Management tasks (Stationery ordering, Friday drinks arrangements etc) to keep you busy all over the day! You will be a pro when Information technology comes to: • Accounts payable • Accounts relievable • Bank reconciliations (customer payments, credit cards, expenses) • Invoicing, statement preparations • Solid knowledge of P&L • Facilities management; Liaising with property managers; arranging repairs and or/building maintenance • Stationery, office supplies and Friday drinks • Organising catering and assisting with team events • Other general Office Management/accounts tasks About you: You are someone who loves to be the cog that keeps the wheels turning. You’ll have a proven track record working with numbers in a finance focussed administration function. You are somebody who loves to work within a down to earth environment, and who can have a laugh and unwind with the team at the end of a long day.
