About the opportunity:
   » We are pursuing interest from Senior Architectural Designers with LBP or NZ Registered Architects with 6+ years practice in the NZ market, with a proven capability to lead and deliver large and complex projects across a range of sectors. You must be have an intermediate to advanced level of expertise using Archicad software.
Our function will see you:
   » Taking the lead on Projects
   » Assisting with and superviseing documentation
   » Attending design/construction/client meetings
   » Site observations
   » Mentoring team members
candidates need to be:
   » Senior Architectural Designer with LBP or a NZ Registered Architect
   » Demonstrate design development strength on commercial & multi-level residential projects
   » Possess excellent technical knowledge and a full knowledge of NZ construction industry processes
